These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at thiccpump.com and any related content, features, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Thicc Pump, a brand of Bioxgenic / MD Science Lab ("Thicc Pump," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services or purchase our products. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Our products are dietary supplements intended for use by healthy adults.
2. Products and Dietary Supplements
Thicc Pump products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You should consult your physician or a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement program, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. 3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders placed through the Services are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions, suspected fraud, or product availability. Prices, promotions, and discount codes are subject to change without notice and may not be combined unless expressly stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers; by submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our return and refund practices; please contact us at socials@mdsciencelab.com with any questions regarding an order.
5. Promotions and Giveaways
Any sweepstakes, contests, or giveaways we run are subject to their own official rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. See our Giveaway / Sweepstakes Rules for details. No purchase is necessary to enter or win any sweepstakes unless otherwise permitted by law and stated in the official rules.
6. Discount Codes
Discount codes are for one-time, personal, non-commercial use, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Codes may be limited to one per customer or one per order and generally cannot be combined with other offers.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, the THICC PUMP name and marks, and the overall look and feel, are owned by or licensed to Thicc Pump / Bioxgenic / MD Science Lab and are protected by intellectual property laws. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THICC PUMP, BIOXGENIC, AND MD SCIENCE LAB, AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thicc Pump, Bioxgenic, and MD Science Lab from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
