Giveaway — Official Rules
Effective September 1, 2026
These Official Rules govern the THICC PUMP giveaway (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026 and ends on Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4. How to Enter
To enter through Instagram during the Promotion Period:
- Follow @thiccpumpofficial on Instagram;
- Tag three (3) people in the comments of the official giveaway post.
Each group of three (3) validly tagged people counts as one (1) entry. Additional groups of three earn additional entries (3 tags = 1 entry, 6 tags = 2 entries, 9 tags = 3 entries, and so on). Tagged accounts must be legitimate, active Instagram accounts belonging to real individuals. Fraudulent, automated, duplicate, spam, or otherwise invalid tags and entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- Three (3) 32 fl oz bottles of THICC PUMP (approximately a three-month supply);
- One (1) $100 Amazon.com Gift Card; and
- One (1) THICC PUMP / Bioxgenic swag and promotional merchandise package.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the total prize: approximately $255 USD. The ARV represents the Sponsor's good-faith estimate; the difference between the stated ARV and actual value, if any, will not be awarded.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be selected and announced on or about September 8, 2026 and will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by @thiccpumpofficial. The selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash redemption, substitution, or exchange is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes and any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being provided.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram is completely released from any and all liability related to this Promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram.
10. Amazon Disclaimer
Amazon is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or otherwise connected to this Promotion. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions found at Amazon.com.
11. Technical Disclaimer
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undelivered entries; for technical failures of any kind; for internet outages or platform errors; or for any other technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
12. Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who attempts to manipulate the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated methods to enter, tampers with the operation of the Promotion, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
13. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Bioxgenic, MD Science Lab, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
14. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
